I bought the T250 to clean a patio made of paving stones which had become very discoloured because of a black fungus. Previously I cleaned the patio using the high pressure lance, and although this was effective it took a long time and water went everywhere.
Although the 250 wasn't so effective at removing the fungus it made a reasonable job and was much quicker and created much less mess.
