Really wanted a 25W lamp to replace the one which had blown in my Toshiba microwave, but this was the best available. It is a pain to fit as you have to remove the case from the microwave oven, so not a fault of the lamp, as it was easy once you had got the case off. once fitted and reassembled it was certainly better than no light at all, which was the situation after the lamp had blown.
  • It's a light bulb and it works!

I couldn't get hold of a new lamp locally for my 18 year old Panasonic Genius Microwave/oven/grill, so I ordered this not being sure that it was the correct size, however it turned out to be exactly what I wanted. Fitting involved removing the outer case and a couple of screws to get the lamp holder out. Once everything was put back together, there was light once more. Hopefully this bulb will last as long as the original!

We are sorry but do not advise on repairs in this area as this is very close to the high voltage connections to the magnetron and accidental contact can easily prove fatal.
