    I had spent 2 weeks pulling torn clothes from my washing machine before it dawned on me that the drum paddle had broken. Although i have a 5 year free parts warranty the engineer who would have had to fit the part would have been 10x the price of buying a new paddle myself. It was delivered within 2 days and was a doddle to fit!! No more torn clothing.
