I have used this product to clean and descale my Siemens automatic coffee machine since 2005 and am convinced that the performance and longlifety of the machine is due to the cleaning product. A little expensive, but well worth it.

Great double product, one to get rid of the oil and one to get rid of the scale that builds up. Simple to use and very effective, I can have a decent cup of coffee again.
