I wish to connect two TV's. The smaller TV has a recorder, the larger screen TV does not. Would this relay the recording from the smaller to the larger, both TV's have a 19 pin socket. Thanks if you can offer advise.

The connection on your tv is likely to be an HDMI input and will not 'send' information to the other television. Check if your recorder has a HDMI output.
