My new upper spray arm arrived today for my Miele 638 Plus diswasher, it's smaller than the original one which is plastic rather than metal and I cannot get it to fit. 1 Answer
The thread on the existing retaining nut seems to be as big as the retaing nut on the new part. Please advise.
- have you tried removing the remains of the original part inside the dishwasher ?.mine had sheared off completely leaving a damaged ring that needed to come out. all you should see is a plastic thread protruding from the roof of the dishwasher....try fitting the adaptor ring first, and when your happy with that assemble the wash arm and adaptor and fit.
