No problems until it was about 11 months old and then it went off. The original one it replaced was over 20 years old. The new one is fitted again and I will see how long this one lasts.

I can't comment on longevity as the element has just been fitted and used only twice so far. Quality seem good and compared to Whirlpool website, price is sensible. Only slight difference between original element was the pitch of the male spades which were around 20 mm further apart. This did not cause a problem as wiring was long enough and there was no fouling with other parts of the casing which may have caused a safety issue. When stripping down the oven for access, I noticed the air intake slots on the rear cover of the oven were blocked which may have contributed to the original failure. Still, 20 years or so ain't bad!

I really can't fault the ease of use of the website, or the product that got delivered to my door. I would recommend this company to anyone I know ... great service!
