The washing machine end of the hose fitted OK on my Bosch WFK 2801 but the other end was too big in diameter to join up with the plumbing under the sink and I could not buy any suitable fittings to make it fit. Eventually I cut off the end of the hose and used a screw-in adapter obtained from B&Q.

Ordering and delivery first class. Problem was the drain hose, which is supposed to be universal did not fit easily onto a Bosch Maxx5 w/machine - it was too big. My husband had to remove some of the plastic fitting which the drain hose attaches to under the sink but it seems to be ok with no leaks at present. The lesson learned is to buy original Bosch parts in future.

Q What does it mean 21/29mm? 1 Answer
My original pipe goes from a 21mm straight connector at the W/M (rubber end fixed with a jubilee clip) to a standard 21mm fur tree spigot in the sink waste plumbing system (rubber end push on fitting). So both ends are 21mm (internal diameter). Does this mean that this pipe will NOT fit?

  I think you need 21mm connectors at both ends of the hose. With mine I had to cut off the 29mm end and use a 22mm screw-in Plumb-Sure adaptor from B&Q.

I have the original one, but since moving the machine it doesn't reach, I want to move this and buy a longer hose, just checking if this will work!!
