Description

Having a snapped or loose drive belt will stop the motor turning, therefore leaving your washing machine useless and your clothes dirty. So, don't splash out on a new machine, just get a replacement belt.

Dead easy to find, order and have it delivered in time for my father in law to fit it within 5 mins of him arriving to my house and works like a dream. We have clean clothes again!

Belt looked about the right size but was a bit smaller in fact, so we followed a tip to place the belt in boiling water and stretch it after three goes fitted a treat and no more probs, my own tip is to carefully place the hot water by where you work taking sensible safety precautions and try to fit while hot, but you have to be quick, three to four goes needed and strong fingers start at the motor spindle and wind over the drum drive

Part issued as replacement for my make and model washing machine. Obviously too small to fit when package opened. Had to call espares for advice. Advised to boil part in water for 10 mins before trying to fit! What a bodge job! It did eventually go on, but I am worried about the strain on motor parts in the future. Apparently the part is not an exact replacement but "as close as the manufacturer makes". Perhaps this information should be flagged before purchase.
