  Our Dyson had been losing suction recently so during the course of a clean out I checked the bin assembly. There was a small crack in the hinged lid so I bought a new one from e-spares. The lid is clear plastic, other than that it was a perfect match for the original. The vacuum is working 'as new' and I am very happy with it.

  Took longer to get into well packaged box than to fit! No tools required, simply clicked into place.

• Q my present one has a turquoise bottom is it the same product 2 Answers

    Hi, my old one had a turquoise bottom, which is what crumbled and fell apart - causing me to order a new one through e-spares. Theirs has a clear bottom not turquoise but it fits perfectly and isn't that noticeable. Hope this helps?

    Check model number. If OK the part should be ok. My replacement is clear. Original was Purple.
