  No problem with the product except that it doesn't do what we'd hoped, namely to combine TV control (e.g volume) with Sky control. The problem is that until you actually try it out, you can't tell exactly what the functionality is going to be. Is there some way this can be rectified for future purchasers? Meanhwile we have a perfect spare Sky Remote!

    Replacement remote controls should work straight away with the box, however if you are having problems, please contact Sky directly. Hopefully they can assist you with configuring the remote.

  I have two Sky boxes, one made by Grundig and one by Thomson and the one that operates my Grundig receiver is malfunctioning. Both remotes look exactly like the one pictured on your site. However, the remote that operates my Thomson receiver will not operate the the Grundig (and vice versa) - save for On and OFF. So, my question is, how do I know that your remote will work with my Grundig Sky receiver?

    Hi Pwe896, I'll need the model numbers of both your boxes, as well as your remote control, if possible. Different model number boxes are compatible with a remotes.
