  This product is poor quality, as was the original that came with the hair trimmer, hence the need to buy a replacement. First one tooth broke, then a second very quickly thereafter. Given that no pressure is applied in use, it is disappointing that the item should need replacing so quickly. Very good service in replacement though.

  Decided to take a gamble with ordering from over-seas when the local Agent quoted 8-10 weeks, and the trade was smooth and easy with e-spares. They let me know the part was on back order, and also when the part was finally shipped. From the time of purchase to receipt of the product ended up being about 2.5 weeks... Would Definitely use e-spares again...
