O-ring needed or not ???
Q: After replacing this part, anytime I hook up the pressure hose, the pressure forces water out through the other end i.e. metal c-clip end (washer is still off). Is there a seal/o-ring that I am missing at this end ?

A: Nearly made the same mistake. Inside there is a small rubber O ring, luckily I saw it when it fell out but could easily have missed it.

A: Hi Bob, You need the small 'O' ring which is about the same size as the one on a male garden hose connector. It just sits on the inner pipe. The screw fitting is not actually used with this connector and (I think) was or is for a different machine using the same pump. The big orange DIY store does a pack of 'O' rings in the plumbing section for about £1.99. The one you need is in there - so is the larger one for the Inlet (clear plastic) pipe. That one sits in a groove and is easy to see! Best of luck, CJ

A: The O ring fits inside the female connection of the pump so that it buts up to the elbow outlet fitting.

HI, Is this the part that you connect the lance to?
Q: I have a k3.91. The part that the lance screws onto is letting water out through the seam joint. It is held in with a flat plate with 2 legs. Thank you
