My Electrolux microwave is 18 months old and works well Following instructions I cleaned the roof and then discovered the microwave guidance cover broken on the floor of the oven. I had endless trouble with the Electrolux website trying to get advice on safety and a replacement which I finally bought from ESpares. I fitted the replacement with enormous dificulty due to the poor design of the part itself and its housing and the3 flimsy nature of the product which needs to be flexed to fit into the housing. It lasted one week then fell landing in 2 pieces. The oven is unsafe to use without it, the firm do not have any concern for customers once their product is sold. I have no redress with either the firm or the part supplier. My advice is DO NOT BUY ELECTROLUX PRODUCTS.
