    Had to replace this part due to teeth on original part worn. Also replaced the ring gear to match. Part was easy to fit and removed some of the bearing play in the associated housing. It is advisable to apply thread lock compound to the big nut securing the pulley as the captive nut can come loose.

    Once having discovered the fault with lawnmower ( rear drum jamming when clutch disengaged ) as worn plastic cogs on the shaft the fitting was reasonably straightforward. You need to remove the outer plastic cover (4 screws)which exposes the drive belt pulleys,Remove the big pulley and belt on the right hand side (one large nut),The threaded end of the shaft is then exposed, Undo the three screws holding the shaft housing in place and then withdraw the shaft.Replace by following the above steps in reverse
