  This came with no instructions on the website and no instructions on the packaging. I presumed that you would just plug it in to a hose. plastic bit at the side might have something to do with function but so far I can't twist it off. Plugging the sprinkler into the hose line and switchingon procuses nothineg. no water in any shape or form.
