  This trimmer is easy to use, can be refilled without too much hassle and is extremely strong. I would suggest that care is taken when refilling as it is possible for the metal eyes to come loose and fall off which may not be noticed/ I lost one this way and had to renew the entire unit; I have the old one for spares.

  I destroyed my old trimmer head in the garden and while looking for a new replacment one was quoted a lot of money for all the new parts on the dealers site. I saw this Trimmer head at less than half the price so thought I would give it a go and really glad I did it is around the same quality of the original head and does exaxtly what I need. I would recommend this new trimmer head to any one!! :)

  what do i need to change my Cbrio 246 from a bruch cutter head to a strimmer cord head

    I think what you need is the part above Stock Number: ES971078. Mine came with all the parts included but the brush cutter is only really necessary for the thickest scrub with heavy shrubs. The strimmer cord head will take cord of various thicknesses and is colour coded. I use orange which I think is about 30mm and it is very effective. Best of luck.
