  I did not remove the motor but used the spanner to change the blades only. I'm sorry I can't be of any help regarding changing the motor.

Q how can i remove my metal blade 1 Answer
i have a flymo compact 300 .i have tried to remove the old metal blade to put a new one on but the bolt will not move it seems as if its stuck in place,have you any suggestions on how i could remove it.
