  Assuming that your dishwasher door mechanism is broken and your husband is going to change the hinge and the spring,it makes sense to change the left and right at the same time! When the left and right hinges arrived without springs, I realised my mistake. So I went back online to order the springs only to find that the spring costs more than the hinge! Would it be better to buy a new dishwasher or spend yet more money on repairing the old one? Eventually, I bought springs that fit the hinges elsewhere, and am happy with the result!

  Came straight away, well packed. Plus an online video to show you how to remove the old and replace with the new. Brilliant. The door lifter also comes with spare hinge pins and snap-on clip for door which was great because mine just needed a new pin and clip. The video does not show replacing this part and it was a pig to hold the pin steady while the spring clip is forced on. Overall though a brilliant service and my machine is working!
