I entered details of the control knob I wanted for my my Stoves hob, which was about 6 years old, on line. I received a phone call the next day from their customer service department saying they had managed to trace one. When it arrived the heat indicator marker was black instead of white, but I was so pleasd to find one I ordered another three so they all matched. It was very easy to deal with E-Spares and they sent the parts to me in two working days. I was very impressed.
