Once more I am really pleased I found your website. I read the comments from previous buyers and it was so easy to take out the broken part and fit the new one. I was thinking of calling out a local repair firm and that would have cost a lot just for the call out. This is the second repair to my Neff oven and I don't suppose it will be the last so don't go away!

  • Q The barrel of the broken knob won't pull out of the control panel, please could you advise? There is no obvious way to remove the fascia of the control panel (e.g. screws/ lever) - if this is necessary, do you have a video demonstrating this? Many thanks 2 Answers

Fascia was removed by undoing four screws. It was necessary to remove the fascia because when the knob collar broke, the panel behind the fascia slid out of alignment. This happens commonly. (Pliers used to remove the knob but that was obvious, the new knob wouldn't just push in because of the sleeve slipping out of alignment behind the fascia.)

  • Q Does the knob come with fitting instructions 1 Answer

    • A

Hi Jen, this control knob doesn't come with instructions, however it should be fairly simple to fit. If it doesn't just slot on, you may have to remove the fascia to fit it - look for screws securing it to the oven. Once the fascia is off it'll be really easy to replace.

  • Q does it have the spring part? 1 Answer

The knob is turning without clicking and i cant change oven settins, is this the only part i will need for the job? Also 3 of the other buttons are not working properly but it just seems to be the springs i think, as they do still operate, they just dont pop out when pressed, if i can order the other button parts also that would be good as it will save on delivery if i buy them all at once, Many Thanks.

Hi Irene1971, the spring is inside the knob already - unfortunately you can't buy any of the components of this knob separately. This knob should solve your problem if your model listed above.
