It inhibits the build-up of dirt and prevents marks such as fingerprints on the surface.

Instructions for use:

• For new appliances – Pour a small amount of oil on to a cloth or kitchen roll and rub the cold surface evenly following the graining in the metal.
  For appliances that have already been used – first pre-clean with hot water and a small amount of washing-up liquid. Then treat as described above.
• Allow the oil to act on the surface for a short time.
• Then wipe with a dry lint-free cloth or kitchen roll.
• Repeat this process at regular intervals.
