This flap is essential if you are fitting an external extract. It is a piece of plastic that probably costs pence to produce and could easily be included with the hood. Instead we have to pay through the nose for supply and delivery. I have given a low mark for fitting because although it is easy to clip the flap on, you have to cut away the plastic grill on the outlet which is not a good design. Shame on you Bosch and Neff. Delivery was pretty quick but expensive.

My cookerhood was a shop display item so had no instruction/ user manual and as it appears now, no one way flap.

Hi there, this flap doesn't come with fitting instructions, but it shouldn't be too hard to fit. It sits between the chimney and the housing of the hood.
