I used 4 sachets so 4 hot cycles to remove odour from washing machine. Odour returned in 3 days so cleaned machine inside with an all purpose cleaner and ran on final rinse cycle with bleach so far no smell. Feel this product is not powerful enough- didnt do a very good job in the dishwasher either!

Havent had chance to try this product yet but well priced and promptly delivered. Looks like a quality item. Will be using it to look after my new washer dryer.

Very easy to use with clear instructions. The product was slightly dearer as it was targeted at a specific manufacturer but, there is the confidence in the manufacturers approval.
