The Potato Wharf development, situated in the regions much sought-after Castlefield district, will have its kitchens fitted with integrated Neff ovens, hobs, extractor hoods and dishwashers.
Fridge-freezers for the flagship apartments will be supplied by Miele and according to a spokesperson for the interior design firm behind the project add to the innovative but practical ambience of the flats.
Jill Grattidge of Lifestyle Interiors said: "We created something a little bit different with bespoke interiors and eclectic key pieces that appealed to the hip lifestyle of young professionals in Manchester."
