Whirlpool products praised for innovation

16/07/2008
Those considering Whirlpool parts and spares may be interested to hear that the manufacturer has once again been singled out for praise.

Peter Roosen and Tatsuya Nakagawa state in an article for Industry Week that although many companies focus primarily on their bottom line, Whirlpool have done all they can to make product improvement theirs.

In an interview with Whirlpool's senior manager for global strategy and business development, Randy Voss, it is noted that uniqueness, competitiveness and value are among the things the firm believes are important.

"Innovation is an interesting buzzword," Mr Voss told the publication. "It is on every mission statement. It has become a catchphrase for everything. It cannot be that."

Whirlpool spares are currently available to fit the manufacturer's wide selection of fridge-freezers, dishwashers, washing machines and tumble dryers.

For those with Hotpoint, Ariston and Indesit tumble dryers the hinged filter and drum shaft kit are just two parts currently available.
