Dyson launches latest cleaner

02/05/2008
Dyson has announced the latest machine for its vacuum cleaner range, which features a third cyclonic chamber, according to the company.

The DC23 system will be the first vacuum to incorporate the company's new technology, which is termed the intermediary cyclone system, referred to as Radix+, reports Current.com.au.

It claims to collect particles so small that 200 of them could fit on a full stop, meaning they are 0.5 microns small.

Ross Cameron, the Dyson SEA managing director, told the website: "The new Intermediary Cyclone is an advancement on our existing technology, again providing customers with a superior product that will meet even the most rigorous cleaning requirements."

Two models have been introduced into the range, the DC23 Turbine and the DC23 Motorhead.

Dyson claims that the Radix+ technology will mean the vacuum cleaner will not lose suction.

The company recently announced that it planned to launch a new handheld vacuum cleaner specifically for pet hair
