Replacing a Microwave Turntable Motor

Unplug the microwave oven from the mains, and remove the turntable and ring. |

Place a towel on a flat work surface, and carefully turn the microwave oven upside down. Rmove the retaining screws from the motor housing and lift it off. |

Mark the positions of the wires with tags, unscrew the motor and replace it with an identical part for your model of microwave. |

Reconnect the wires as marked, and refit the motor housing and screws. |

Set oven upright, plug in, switch on and test motor operation is now satisfactory. |
