How to find your model number

You need the model and the 16 digit serial number, which is displayed on a sticker or data plate, usually behind the door frame or the removable kickplate panel at the bottom of the appliance.

Here's what you should see

Your model number may be a combination of letters and numbers and could also include characters such as a dash (-) or a slash (/). The serial number will consist of 16 digits starting with the number "3".
