How to find your model number

You need the model number and either the 12 digit NC number or I.C. number which is displayed on a sticker or data plate.

Here's what you should see

Your model number may be a combination of letters and numbers and could also include characters such as a dash (-) or a slash (/). If your model has an NC number it should consist of 12 digits beginning "85. "However If it displays an I.C. number it should contain either 11 or 12 digits.
