No hesitation in recommending
I hardly ever write comments about commercial concerns, but in this case I was
really impressed with eSpares and with the service they provide. We have an old
AEG dishwasher, and the hook to pull out the filter broke.
I tried AEG themselves to find a replacement, but their site is utterly hopeless;
you'd think they don't want business.
But through Google I found eSpares and within a minute had found what I was
looking for, complete with a full model reference number that I could check
against a plate on the machine. The spare part was unexpectedly cheap and the
p&p was not exploitive either. The goods arrived within a couple of days
and it is exactly what we need; it fits!
I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

A few clicks of my mouse
The manufacturer's helpline could not determine which part I needed for my cooker and could only
offer to send all four possibilities to me (non-returnable). However, a few clicks of my mouse
and exactly the right component dropped through my door from espares a couple of days later
- and cost less than any of the manufacturer options.

Unbelievable Service
Excellent service, I ordered a part for my aunt's cooker at about half-past midnight on a Thursday night,

I have recently needed to order two items on your website for my Creda Europa Oven.
I have had this oven since 1983, and felt that my chances of being able to get the
necessary spares was going to prove fruitless. I tried shops, the original company etc,
and all told me that it was unlikely that I would have any success.
Then I found your company on the internet, and with your assistance I was able to
purchase both items at reasonable prices. So instead of having to spend £400+ on a
new built in unit comprising: Fan assisted Main oven, Top oven, Eye level Twin grill,
I was able to replace the Motor in the main oven, and the Dual energy unit for the grill.

Just got the belt on order over the phone that was nice and easy and well sorted. It's a good handy
website compared to my local rip off eletrical shop
who kept selling me the wrong belt over again for 2 pounds telling me
it was right. I only sussed this when I received yours and it never
broke within one month like always.
It did get hold of a sock this time my fault the uprights are a devil for finding anything and its too late.
