Please can you tell me how far central spigot extends from the external circular rim of the knob?
I'm an AgeUK (IW) volunteer and have been asked to help an elderly lady get her New World oven working. The Ser No has worn away and the fitter didn't fill in the details on the back of her handbook, so a search is difficult. I'm told that the oven is 7 years old. The part ES924249 seems to be visually very similar to the broken knob. The knob to be replaced has a spigot extending 8mm. Thanks for your help.
