What filters do I need for cooker hood number CDA-MX6-1SS No 0510?

I have what appears to be an unbranded cooker hood number CDA-MX6-1SS no 0510. It has been installed for 6 or 7 years and I have been told that the filters need changing. What exactly do I need to replace? Is it the round bits on the end of the motor or the square bits directly above the hob? Is there anything else that would need replacing on it while I am sorting it out? Many thanks

If the air is recirculated into the kitchen replace the round carbon filters. If it vents out you can remove these. The metal grease filters can be cleaned with a degreasing agent and reused.
