I have a Hotpoint DY46x double oven the fan and inside light works, but it does not heat up, I have replaced the element, the temperature light by the temp control knob does not come on, can you help please?

Check for a cut out like Stock Number: ES491201 fitted at the top of the machine. one for the cooling fan should be open one for the safety cut out should measure closed.
