How to fit this hose to 620M
Our 620M is about 15 years old. The replacement hose my wife ordered from you has arrived. The illustrations on the box indicate the new hose can be fitted by prising off the old one but this doesn't seem to work. Do I need to undo the srews holding the gun/lance together and if so do I need a special allen key? Help please!

- No need to undo any screws. On the side of the gun about 1cm from where the hose enters it there is slider plate with a small recess. Get a flat blade screwdriver in the recess and prize the slider plate out. This will release the hose. Remove it and insert the new hose. Push the slider plate back in and away you go.
