Can you advise if the part I mention below will do the full job please - hoover 1300 special edition door hinge - see below?
door came away in my hand as the hinge literally sheered off - part is left on the door - main hinge on the machine. if I order a new one - will it fit in the door OK or do I need the door as well? Also could yu let me know the right one to buy as I can't see it on the list?

Hi Uglyfishface, you'll need to find your machine's model number to find out whether this hinge fits - the number you quoted is the series number. Click the 'Here's how >>' link above for help. With regards to fitting the part, you should only need the hinge, as long as the door parts are still intact. - the same thing happened to me, i bought this hinge - I identified the one i needed from the pics on the site, but you will probably need the part that goes inside the door as well. I only found this out when trying to fit the hinge so am back on the site looking for the part.
