cooker hoods

We bought kitchen from MFI in 1999 .The style was Winchester and the cooker hood plate slider button has come away on one side. The button is metal and is fixed into the unit with a what I can only describe as an oblong spring washer. It does not appear to be the same as shown for hygena slider button. The sales code I think is APM 2213.I would be grateful for your advice.
