I have just received the lamp cover removing tool. However, I just cannot get the lamp cover to budge, despite heating it first with a hair drier. The cover has 4 fins. The lamp is in the top back corner, so access is somewhat limited. Any ideas?

Warm the oven for 10 minutes on 200c and allow to cool until you can touch the lamp. Then try using the tool to first slightly tighten then loosen the cover. If this fails carefully spray around the glass with WD40 and allow to penetrate before retrying to remove it.
