my original element has an earth pin, but this one does not. how can I earth the oven?

- hi what i did was drill a little hole in the middle of the plate with wires go onto contactors,put a small bolt with a nut on other side,then i put a ring terminal on nut with the earth wires contacted to ring terminal hope this helps
