• Cutting head won't turn
• No functions

Cutting head won't turn

• Head blocked with grass or debris
  Unplug trimmer and clean cutting area. 
• Line tangled on reel
  Unplug trimmer, carefully unravel line and refit. 
• Motor fault
  Contact a qualified repairer. 

No functions

• No power
  Check mains flex, plug fuse and wiring, and mains outlet for faults. 
• Faulty switch
  Disconnect from mains and contact a qualified repairer. 
• RCD tripped
  Check flex and plug for damage. If all is in order, reset RCD. If it trips again, unplug trimmer and contact a qualified repairer.
