We're the UK's leading spare parts retailer. We're here to help you find spare parts, accessories and consumables for all the electrical appliances in your home and garden. We've got over half a million different products from over 500 manufacturers and we're busy adding more every day.

When did it all begin?
We started getting passionate about parts in 2003. There are now over 60 of us based in West London with an unhealthy interest in spare parts.
- Some of us are waiting to talk to you on the phone and help you find the correct spare parts.
- Some of us spend long hours in our warehouse making sure all the right parts get sent to the right people as quickly as possible.
- Some of us spend our time searching for more spares and accessories for every home and garden appliance we can think of.
- Some of us work tirelessly on the website to keep it secure and make it easier for you to find what you're looking for.
- And Michael makes sure that the coffee machine is always loaded, the stationery cupboard is full and we're all staying focused.
