Delivery Charges
Delivery charges start at £2.95, based on the value, size, weight and fragility of your items. The maximum delivery charge is £8.95, no matter how many items you order. You can check what delivery charges apply to your order in Your Basket at any time.
Delivery time
Our estimated despatch time is shown on each product page. Where products are shown as "In Stock" we normally
despatch the item on the day on which you place your order or the following working day. Otherwise we show our
best estimate of how many working days we expect before we can despatch the product. If for any reason we're not
able to get your items despatched within the estimated time, we will email you to let you know.
Our couriers
We use Royal Mail and DHL @HOME to deliver you order, but we may use other couriers from time to time.
Outside the UK?
Sorry, but we only deliver to UK addresses at the moment.
